Wolves have been officially relegated from the Premier League following West Ham United’s goalless draw with Crystal Palace.
The match at Selhurst Park ended 0–0 after a tense contest between the two clubs, with West Ham securing a crucial point in their battle to remain in the league on Monday night.

The result confirmed Wolves’ relegation, as they remain on 17 points after 33 matches, leaving them unable to catch West Ham, who sit just above the relegation zone in 17th place with 33 points.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur F.C., with 31 points, and Burnley F.C., with 20 points, are the other teams currently occupying the relegation places.
Burnley could also see their relegation confirmed if they lose their upcoming midweek fixture against Manchester City F.C., which would seal their drop from the Premier League.
Following confirmation of the relegation, Wolves’ interim executive Nathan Shi issued a statement, expressing disappointment and assuring a better future for the club.
He stated the club had begun planning for the future and would focus on rebuilding a competitive squad to restore pride among supporters.
“We are clear on what needs to improve,” Shi said in a statement, adding that the club would approach the coming months “with purpose” after a season that tested fans’ patience.
