JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client is a Cloud Kitchen(Eat-Out), that produces their own food and delivers to customers… Now they seek to hire an Experienced and Versatile RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee the management of the kitchen staff, inventory, Food Costing, ensuring high-quality food preparations, Compliance, Business growth, etc.
LOCATION: AJAH, LAGOS
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦450,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
🥚 Working with the CEO to position the brand to be market Leaders in the fast Casual Restaurants in Lagos.
🥚 Ensure effective operation in quality, speed, and accuracy to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
🥚 Manage kitchen controls such as; Labor cost, inventory and stock management, scheduling, and ordering on a daily basis.
🥚 Ensure SOPs adherence, safety and security systems in check.
🥚 Negotiating with suppliers and sourcing an alternate supply chain.
🥚 Recruit, hire, and staff training…including efficiency in production, Costing, inventory, hygiene, and other kitchen processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
🧊 Applicant must possess at least 5 years of experience working with a reputable Restaurant in a leadership capacity.
🧊 Should be able to handle Taxes & Proper documentations, food handlers test, local government, etc.
🧊 Candidates should have knowledge of Food safety and sanitation standards, with an ability to work under a fast-paced restaurant.
🧊 Should be able to analyze sales data and kitchen performance metrics to optimise operations and improve efficiency.
🧊 The manager should be able to maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between the management team and the kitchen staff.
🧊 Only Male Candidates residing in Lagos and ready to work within the salary range are allowed to apply.
🧊 We need only Male Candidates that have worked with a popular restaurant in Lagos, understand food costing, Inventory, and every areas of a PRODUCTION RESTAURANT.
🧊 Candidate must understand how the BACK-OF-HOUSE of a Production Restaurant works, and must be a hands-on person that gets involved in every process, from food costing, inventory, food production, wastage management, conflict resolution, leadership capacity, etc…
