ROLE: ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR
WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR TO LEAD AND SUPPORT OUR CLIENT’S PRIMARY SCHOOL ACADEMIC TEAM.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL PROVIDE GUIDANCE, MENTORSHIP AND INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE. ONLY THOSE WILLING TO RESUME BY MARCH, 2026 CAN APPLY.
SALARY: ₦170,000-₦200,000
LOCATION: ILAJE BUS STOP, AJAH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
💼Supervise and mentor teachers to enhance teaching quality and pupils outcome
💼Conduct regular assessment and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
💼Oversee and coordinate academic programs to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
🗒️ Candidates must possess a Degree to Apply, preferably B.ED/PGDE.
🗒️ Candidates must have taken leadership position in Nursery/Primary Levels prior to now, with some teaching experience.
🗒️ Ideal Candidates must be able to Supervise Teachers, Liase with Parents and possess good personality.
🗒️ Ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, be fluent in speaking, with a welcoming aura.
